The Challenge: Managing a Complex Knowledge Base Without a Technical Team
Piabo operates a highly active internal site knowledge hub with over 100 unique pages, constantly updated by more than 100 team members. This repository is rich in information but difficult to navigate and manage efficiently given the amount of unstructured data and "information debt".

Manual processes like copy-pasting content, searching for outdated links, or gathering insights from distributed sources have been time-consuming for a team eager to adopt new solutions.
